The Vacu Vin Instant Pickler gives the home cook a simple way to make “Refrigerator” or “Quick” Pickles including cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, beets, ginger, onions, corn, okra, asparagus, celery, jalapenos, beans, or other garden delights, and even hard boiled eggs. It’s simple. After making and cooling a pickling mixture of seasonings and vinegar, a cook simply pours it into the container packed with the prepared vegetables. The lid is replaced and the air is extracted from the Instant Pickler with several pumps of the vacuum pump. As the air is extracted, a vacuum is created, and the vinegar mixture is drawn into the vegetables and the pickling begins.
