Henckels International Classic 5.5" Semiflex Boning Knife is a small knife with a strong blade, straight cutting edge and a firm tip for cleaning, peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables. With a flexible blade that bends around big bones and joints, this knife will also separate poultry and meat from the bone cooked or uncooked.

The one-piece traditional forged construction provides durability and features a full bolster for added weight, comfort, and safety. Traditional three rivet handle with exposed full tang and full bolster provide a comfortable grip with balance and support.
