Our Crab Cake Kit makes two to four delicious crab cakes (depending upon size) or about ten mini-sized appetizers; all you add is an egg and mayonnaise. The flavor comes through with our cracker crumbs seasoned with Chesapeake Bay Seasoning and air-dried tomatoes, leeks, carrots, celery and red peppers. Although there is no regional non-perishable Blue Crab meat available, we do include a tin of superior hand-picked crabmeat, a product of Thailand, which requires no refrigeration until opened. A great item to have on hand for special occasions and a nice gift for landlocked crab cake lovers!
