Cooking Jumbo Pork Rinds in your Microwave or Oven
Place about 6 or 8 on a paper plate and microwave* for approximately 90 seconds. If they do not fully puff, then add a few more seconds to your cook time. Don't cook more than 10 -12 pieces at a time in the microwave. You can bake as few or as many as you want to in your oven.
Prefer not to cook in the microwave? Spread pellets on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 F degrees for 5-8 minutes.
Please watch carefully so that they do not overcook. Crisp and crunchy.
