The Calphalon Unison 1 quart sauce pan is made of heavy gauge aluminum with a slide nonstick interior surface. The nonstick surface releases foods effortlessly making the pan ideal for sauces, rice, pasta and vegetables. The high sides and narrow opening help control evaportaion of sauces and the heavy gauge bottom provide even heating preventing scorching of sauces.
The Calphalon Unison features stay cool handles, tempered glass lid with stainless steel rim and is over safe up to 500°F/260°C. Can be used on Gas, Electric, Electric Rings, Halogen and Glass Ceramic stoves. Recommended to use only nylon, coated or wooden utensils. Dishwasher safe.
