The Calphalon Unison 3 quart Sauté pan is made of heavy gauge aluminum with a specially textured Sear nonstick interior surface. The nonstick surface and wide flat bottom seal in flavors and make the pan ideal for searing and sautéing meats, fish, poultry and vegetables.
The Calphalon Unison features stay cool handles, tempered glass lid with stainless steel rim and is over safe up to 500°F/260°C. Can be used on Gas, Electric, Electric Rings, Halogen and Glass Ceramic stoves. Recommended to use only nylon, coated or wooden utensils. Dishwasher safe.
